1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SoforSathi.com, creating an account, or submitting a review, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Accounts

To submit a rating or review, you may need to register an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password.
Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User-Generated Content

When you post a review, rating, or comment, you agree that your content will be honest, based on your real experience, and will not contain abusive language, hate speech, spam, fake information, or promotional links. We reserve the right to edit or remove any content that violates this policy.

4. Verified Review Policy (Very Important)

To keep our reviews 100% authentic and to prevent fake or competitor reviews, we have a strict verification policy:

For Negative Reviews (1-2 Stars): If you submit a negative review or a low rating, you MUST upload a clear and readable photo of your bus ticket as proof of travel. Any negative review without valid ticket proof may be rejected or removed.
Verified Badge: When you upload a ticket photo with your review, your review will be published with a “Verified Travel” Badge. This badge proves to other travelers that you actually traveled on that bus.
Regular Rating: Reviews and ratings submitted without a ticket photo will be shown as a “Regular” or “Unverified” rating and will not receive the Verified Badge.

5. No Ticket Sales

SoforSathi.com is an independent review and information platform. We are not a bus operator and we do not sell bus tickets directly. All information regarding bus routes, schedules, and fares is for informational purposes only and may change without notice by the bus operators. We are not liable for any such changes.

7. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete your account without notice if you violate these terms, submit fake reviews, upload fake tickets, or engage in any spam or abusive activity.
